I encountered an error while researching Scout0:

1. Website inaccessible: The URL https://scout0.com returns a 404 error, and https://www.scout0.com has an expired SSL certificate
2. Search rate limits: All web search tools are currently hitting API rate limits

According to my workflow instructions, when I cannot verify information about a tool, I should skip it rather than guess. I cannot write an accurate and well-researched blog post without being able to confirm the tool's actual features, capabilities, and use cases.
